About the Role 

We are looking for a Technical Product Designer who will translate brand direction into mood boards, sketches, tech packs, and production-ready specs, work on development and sample iteration.

What you will do:

• Design aesthetic with commercial sense

• Develop mood boards + colour palettes 

• Create tech pack (measurements, BOM, callouts)

• Sample review and fit approvals 

What we are looking for:

• 3–5 years in technical apparel design at brand or supplier

• Tech pack proficiency — supplier-ready documentation

• Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, construction methods

• Familiarity with sustainable materials (recycled, organic, certified)

• Strong visual communication — sketching and CAD

Nice to have:

• 3D apparel design (CLO 3D, Browzwear) expertise

• Activewear / athleisure technical knowledge

• Background at a sustainable / circular fashion brand
