At Vilgain, we’re growing fast – doubling every year. And when the company scales, IT must scale with it. We’re looking for someone who’s not afraid of responsibility, can keep up with the pace, and brings structure to the chaos.

Our IT infrastructure is currently handled by an external partner. Your mission? Take full ownership, set up your own processes, and lead the next stage of expansion – from launching new warehouses and stores to managing support, access, and security. You’ll also start building your own team.

What you’ll own:

  • Full IT support across the company – warehouse, office, retail

  • Management of user access, devices, and systems

  • Responsibility for cybersecurity and data protection

  • Implementation and compliance with NIS2 regulation

  • Selection and management of IT vendors (outsourced services, software, cloud)

  • Collaboration with leadership on building a smart, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure

  • Internal team training in security and tool usage best practices

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience managing IT operations (ideally 5+ years)
    Skilled in both designing and maintaining IT infrastructure – local and cloud

  • Solid understanding of security standards; experience with NIS2 or similar is a plus

  • Hands-on attitude with a strategic mindset

  • Comfortable communicating in English (written & spoken)

  • You’re not looking for a slow-moving corporate — you want your work to matter right away
