At Vilgain, we’re growing fast – doubling every year. And when the company scales, IT must scale with it. We’re looking for someone who’s not afraid of responsibility, can keep up with the pace, and brings structure to the chaos.

Our IT infrastructure is currently handled by an external partner. Your mission? Take full ownership, set up your own processes, and lead the next stage of expansion – from launching new warehouses and stores to managing support, access, and security. You’ll also start building your own team.

What you’ll own:

  • Take ownership of company IT from the ground up as the first dedicated IT hire

  • Manage user access across Slack, Google Workspace, and other core systems

  • Oversee and maintain warehouse devices (printers, scanners) to ensure reliable daily operations

  • Collaborate with an external partner on the management of servers and active network components

  • Provide internal team training in security awareness and tool usage best practices

  • Collaborate with leadership on building a secure, smart, and scalable IT infrastructure for the future


What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in IT Ops/Support (ideally 5+ years)

  • Comfortable communicating in English and in Czech (both fluent written & spoken)

  • Skilled in both designing and maintaining IT infrastructure – local and cloud

  • Solid understanding of security standards

  • Hands-on attitude with a strategic mindset

  • You’re not looking for a slow-moving corporate — you want your work to matter right away
