We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist (Romanian market) to grow with us. 🚀
About the role
You’ll work at the intersection of influencer marketing and content creation.
You’ll collaborate with Romanian influencers, brand ambassadors, and affiliate partners, create locally relevant content, and help shape Vilgain’s social media presence in Romania.
The content is faceless, but always full of energy, humour, and authentic Vilgain vibe.
If you’re a foodie, enjoy cooking, are curious about nutrition, and appreciate quality ingredients – while also being creative, practical, and proactive – this role could be perfect for you.
What you’ll do:
Identify and contact Romanian influencers, brand ambassadors, and affiliate partners
Build long-term relationships with content creators
Localise and adapt content for the Romanian audience
Create faceless content ideas for Reels, TikTok, and Stories
Write creative captions and short scripts in Romanian
Monitor local trends and turn them into relevant content
Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements
What we’re looking for:
Native-level Romanian + good English
Solid understanding of social media and influencer marketing in Romania
TikTok and Instagram are your natural environment
Creative, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset
Organised working style and attention to detail
Genuine passion for food, nutrition, and healthy living
