We’re growing fast. And we need someone who can build as we grow.

As our HR Manager, you’ll lead a small but powerful HR team and stay hands-on yourself. You’ll manage 2 HRBPs, a Data & Admin Specialist, an HR Generalist for our Logistics team, and admin support. You’ll work directly with our CEO and leadership to shape how we set goals, grow people, and drive performance — from scratch.

We’re not here to copy corporate playbooks. You’ll build the foundation of how high-performance HR looks at Vilgain.

What you’ll take charge of:

  • Leading and developing the HR team – with ambition, autonomy, and care.

  • Building our entire performance & development ecosystem from the ground up:

    • Clear goal setting

    • Transparent feedback loops

    • Career growth and learning

    • Performance reviews that actually help

  • Partnering with leaders in Sales and Marketing – and earning their trust as a strategic ally.

  • Working closely with the CEO on org priorities, talent bets, and company culture.

  • Driving operational excellence in hiring, onboarding, compensation, compliance, and systems.

  • Using data to guide decisions and continuously improve which systems and tools we use.

Who we’re looking for:

  • You’ve led HR teams and been a hands-on HRBP in a fast-growing or scale-up environment.

  • You’ve built (or rebuilt) performance, feedback, and people development processes before.

  • You know how to balance empathy and structure and how to bring people with you.

  • You’re comfortable sitting at the leadership table and being challenged.

  • You speak fluent Czech and solid English.
