General Manager – B2B + B2C Operations (Expansion & Import)

To make it work, we need someone who can own operations end to end.
Someone who knows how to get products into the country, onto shelves, and into customers' hands.
Someone who doesn’t wait for instructions — but builds, fixes, and gets sh*t done.

We’re hiring General Managers to take charge of our operations in the UK, UAE, and Singapore.

If you're a hands-on leader with deep experience in import operations, B2B and B2C logistics, and building go-to-market strategies, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Full responsibility for getting products into the country (import, customs, compliance)

• Set up and run local logistics and last-mile operations

• Build and scale both B2B (retail, wholesale) and B2C (DTC, e‑commerce) channels

• Be the main point of contact for warehouses, 3PLs, and retail partners

• Own the P&L, and keep things lean and fast

• Make sure we’re always stocked, always on time, always moving

• Report to HQ — but you call the shots in your market

What You Bring

• 5+ years in operations, logistics, import/export, or supply chain

• You've launched or scaled a product in a new market — ideally food, FMCG, or wellness

• You know how to work with customs, 3PLs, warehouses, and retailers in your region

• You’ve done both B2B and B2C, and understand what each model needs

• You’re fast, smart, independent — and allergic to unnecessary meetings

Bonus Points

• Background in e-commerce, DTC, or health/food products

• Your own network of partners and contacts in your market

• Comfortable with numbers, dashboards, and process automation
