At Vilgain, we don’t do "maintenance mode." We are here to change the industry with top‑quality food, supplements, and clothing. We are looking for an e-commerce team leader who is ready to take full ownership of our revenue, profitability, and growth across all markets.

Your Mission (No Fluff):

  • Strategic P&L & Profit Ownership: You manage a monthly budget exceeding 10M CZK. You watch revenue, margins (GM1–GM4), AOV, and CAC like a hawk. Your goal is to shift the strategy from "vanity metrics" (like standalone ROAS) to true growth drivers: Contribution Margin and LTV.

  • Playing Captain: You lead and mentor our in-house PPC team. You set the standards, perform account audits, and for the most complex setups or critical launches, you roll up your sleeves and lead the execution.

  • The Heartbeat of Marketing: You co-own the marketing calendar and set ambitious goals. You play a pivotal role in coordinating launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotions to ensure everyone plays the same tune at the right time.

  • Full-Funnel Performance Strategy: You don't just capture demand; you create it. You set the strategy for Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and more. While you don't need to click every ad yourself, you know the platforms inside out and hold the team accountable for results.

  • Tech, Tracking & CRO: You push the boundaries in tracking, scripts, and custom attribution. You own the roadmap for experiments (A/B testing) on landing pages and within ad platforms to squeeze every percentage point out of our traffic.

  • Expansion & Revenue Steering: You are a part of the Go‑to‑Market team. You decide where to scale and where to cut, identifying "gaps" in specific markets (UK, DE, PL, etc.) and tailoring the hero/tail assortment accordingly.

  • Retention & Channel Synergy: You align with the CRM team on e‑mailing and retention strategies to maximize repeat purchases. You ensure our promos hit hard across all channels simultaneously.

Proof of Excellence (What you must bring):

  • Senior Track Record: 5+ years in e-commerce and performance marketing (ideally a combo of agency + in-house). You have successfully managed multimillion-dollar budgets across multiple markets without burning money.

  • Business & Data Mastery: You make decisions based on P&L, not feelings. You are fluent in Contribution Margin, CAC, and Attribution. Excel/Sheets and GA4 are your second language.

  • Platform Mastery: Deep technical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and other ad platforms. You understand the nuances of algorithms and can guide specialists in advanced setups.

  • Cross‑functional Conductor: You have experience aligning data-driven marketing with other departments. You know that a great campaign fails if the warehouse is empty.

  • Leadership & Growth Mindset: You know how to prioritize work for a team of specialists and align them with company goals. You are curious, you test new things, and you never settle for "good enough."

  • Global Mindset: Advanced English is a must-have for our international expansion and for managing global tools and partners.
