At Vilgain, we don’t do "maintenance mode." We are here to change the industry with top‑quality food, supplements, and clothing. We are looking for an e-commerce team leader who is ready to take full ownership of our revenue, profitability, and growth across all markets.

Your Mission (No Fluff):

  • The Heartbeat of Marketing: You own the marketing calendar. You coordinate launches, seasonal campaigns, and promos across all departments (Creative, Social, Influencers, Supply Chain) to ensure everyone plays the same tune at the right time.

  • Brand Guardian: While you chase the numbers, you never sacrifice the brand. You ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints, working closely with the Brand Manager.

  • P&L & PNO Ownership: You manage the budget. You watch revenue, margins (GM1–GM4), AOV, and CAC like a hawk. If a channel burns money without return, you kill it. If it works, you scale it.

  • Performance Strategy & Leadership: While you don't need to click every ad yourself, you know the PPC platforms inside out, set the strategy, and hold the team accountable for results.

  • E-shop Ownership: You act fast when metrics drop and know exactly what levers to pull to fix conversion or traffic.

  • Channel Synergy: You collaborate closely with Marketplace and Retail teams to ensure our promotional campaigns hit hard everywhere at once.

  • Retention & LTV: Acquiring customers is half the battle. You align with the CRM team on e-mailing strategies to maximize repeat purchases and lifetime value.

  • CRO & Experiments: "I think" doesn't cut it. You constantly run A/B tests, optimize landing pages, and improve the user journey to squeeze every percentage point out of our traffic.

  • Expansion Strategy: You are a key player in the Go-to-Market team supporting Expansion Managers, responsible for scaling e-shop sales as we enter new international territories.

Proof of Excellence (What you must bring):

  • Cross-functional Conductor: You have experience aligning Marketing with Supply Chain (stock levels), Product (launches), and Brand (visuals). You know that a great campaign fails if the warehouse is empty.

  • Proven Track Record: You have grown an e-shop before. You can show us the numbers (Growth %, ROAS improvement, CAC reduction).

  • Hands-on Expertise: You are a strategist who hasn't forgotten how to execute. You know the ins and outs of Performance Marketing, Brand building, and E-commerce platforms.

  • Data Obsession: You make decisions based on P&L and data, not feelings. Excel/Sheets and Analytics are your second language.

  • Leadership Experience: You know how to prioritize work for a team of specialists (PPC, Content, SEO) and align them with company goals.

Growth Mindset: You see problems as challenges. You are curious, you test new things, and you never settle for "good enough."
