We’re now looking for a Category Manager who will take ownership of this category – from defining the strategy and identifying opportunities to developing new products and launching them successfully. 🖤🚀

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the sports nutrition (supplements) category and defining its long-term vision, strategy and roadmap, including ownership of the new product launch plan

  • Responsibility for category growth, profitability and achieving business targets (revenue, margin, inventory turnover)

  • Developing new products – from identifying market opportunities, preparing product briefs, recipe development and ingredient sourcing to bringing products to market

  • Sourcing, selecting and building relationships with manufacturers and suppliers, including negotiating pricing and terms

  • Actively monitoring trends in sports and functional nutrition and identifying new product opportunities

  • Ongoing market and competitor analysis to optimize and expand the product portfolio

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, QA, Regulatory and Supply Chain during product development and launches

  • Attending trade shows, exhibitions and supplier meetings to identify new partners and develop new products

Who we’re looking for:

  • You have at least 2–3 years of experience in the development of dietary supplements

  • You have a basic understanding of European regulations related to dietary supplements

  • Interest in functional nutrition trends and a passion for a healthy lifestyle

  • Ability to coordinate multiple areas at once – from manufacturing to purchasing

  • Attention to detail in data, numbers and processes

  • A proactive mindset and the drive to find more efficient solutions
