At Vilgain, we’re building a global brand that’s reshaping how people look at food and nutrition. We’re now expanding into the USA and looking for a Business Development Manager who will get us into retail, HORECA, food delivery services, and gyms. We’re searching for a driven sales professional with a hunter mindset—someone who knows how to build relationships and open doors with partners in the region.
What you’ll do:
Actively identify and approach new B2B partners (distributors, retail, HORECA, food delivery, fitness centers).
Present our product portfolio and the Vilgain brand, arrange meetings, and close deals.
Build long-term relationships with existing partners and support their growth.
Gather and share feedback with HQ - market needs, product and pricing preferences, competitive insights.
Meet sales targets and report results regularly.
What we expect from you:
Proven sales experience in FMCG / food, ideally in the premium segment.
Strong knowledge of local markets and business practices in the USA.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent English (any additional language is a plus).
Hunter mindset - you enjoy acquisition, finding new opportunities, and opening doors.
Drive to grow together with the brand and deliver tangible results.
