About the Role
When you spot a Double Trouble bar at the gym, on a shelf in Albert or in a drugstore — you'll know it got there because of you and your work.
We are looking for a B2B Demand Planner to take ownership of demand planning across B2B, marketplace and export channels.
Your mission is to turn commercial plans into a reliable demand forecast that Supply chain can plan against. You will analyse demand, challenge assumptions, identify risks and act as the key link between B2B and Supply chain.
This is a hands-on, data-driven role for someone who enjoys working with numbers, communicating across teams and taking ownership of getting things resolved.
Responsibilities
Own the demand forecast for B2B, marketplace and export channels.
Collect and consolidate commercial inputs into a reliable and realistic demand plan.
Input demand plan into system (+collaborating with BI team on system improvements)
Ensure forecasts are provided on time and aligned with product lead times and planning horizons.
Analyse forecasts against historical sales, trends, open orders and planned commercial activities.
Challenge unusual demand changes and proactively resolve inconsistencies with B2B stakeholders.
Act as the key link between B2B/Expansion and Supply chain, translating commercial plans into actionable demand.
Coordinate demand for new listings, new customers and markets, promotions and one-off B2B orders.
Track forecast accuracy and bias, analyse key deviations and propose corrective actions.
Regularly communicate future demand outlook, changes and key risks to Supply and relevant stakeholders and S&OP meetings.
Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of forecasting processes, reporting and data management.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in demand planning
Strong analytical and logical thinking with a genuine interest in working with data.
Very good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
Active use of AI tools and an interest in automation and finding smarter ways to work with data.
Ability to collaborate with BI/Tech teams on developing forecasting and planning tools.
Ability to work with large datasets, identify patterns and recognise when the numbers don’t make sense (more than 1000 SKUs).
Strong communication skills – confidence to ask questions, challenge assumptions and work with different stakeholders.
Proactive mindset, ownership and independence – actively looking for solutions and driving topics through to completion.
Czech language at a minimum C1 level
Very good English for day-to-day international communication.
Experience in demand planning, supply chain, FMCG or e-commerce is an advantage, but not a requirement.
KPI: how do we measure success
Forecast Accuracy – accuracy of forecast vs. actual sales.
Forecast Bias – systematic over- or under-forecasting.
Forecast Timeliness – % of forecasts and changes provided within the required planning horizon.
Unforecasted Demand – share of B2B orders/demand not included in the forecast.
Forecast Coverage – % of relevant B2B, marketplace and export SKUs/customers covered by an up-to-date forecast.
Forecast Process & Data Quality – quality of forecasting inputs and continuous improvement and automation of the process.
