In this position, you will:

• Uncover new product possibilities by researching market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings, leading to exciting assortment expansions.

• Craft and implement product development strategies that perfectly align with Vilgain's brand identity and target market, ensuring every new product resonates with our audience.

• Identify and partner with top-notch suppliers and manufacturers to guarantee high-quality, cost-effective production for our own brand products.

• Negotiate winning deals with suppliers, securing competitive pricing, favorable terms, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.

• Work closely with diverse teams including marketing, design, and supply chain, to meticulously develop product specifications, packaging, and pricing strategies.

• Oversee the entire product journey from concept development and sampling through production to launch and beyond, ensuring a seamless experience and continuous improvement.

You will likely succeed if you:

• Have proven experience in product development, sourcing, or buying roles within the food or consumer goods industry.

• Are an innovative thinker with a passion for food and brand development, always looking for creative solutions.
