Job description
Vilgain makes high-quality food - clean, functional ingredients, no shortcuts, no filler additives.
We're 700+ people across Prague, Brno and London, already selling in 12+ markets across Europe, the UK, the US and beyond.
We're on a mission to change how people think about food, and we're growing fast to do it - expanding internationally and building a company where people have a real say in what we make and how we make it, not just a seat at the table.
About the team
You'll join our Recruitment team, which is responsible for hiring across Vilgain's local and international expansion roles - from junior specialists to senior leadership.
You'll report to the Head of Recruitment and work closely with hiring managers across the business.
Your mission 🎯
Vilgain is hiring across tech and international expansion at the same time, at every level from junior specialist to senior leadership - and each of those hires needs someone driving it end to end, not just managing pieces of it.
You'll own that: building pipelines, running the process from first outreach to signed offer, and making sure roles get filled fast without cutting corners on candidate experience.
What will you do?
Own end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles, from intake meeting to offer stage (tech and expansion)
Source and approach relevant candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, databases and other channels
Screen candidates, assessing motivation, experience, communication style and role fit
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience
Keep the ATS updated and maintain clear communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
Provide hiring managers with structured candidate summaries and clear recommendations
Support employer branding activities and help build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Track recruitment activity and hiring metrics - pipeline quality, conversion rates, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, 90-day retention, hiring manager scoring.
What do we expect from you?
Strong previous experience in tech recruitment, ideally in-house, agency, or in a fast-growing company
Strong sourcing skills and the ability to identify relevant profiles beyond inbound applications
Good interviewing skills (behavioral and STAR method), able to assess both experience and motivation
A structured way of working, comfortable running several roles at once (up to around 10-12) with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter and reporting
Fluent English; Czech is a plus
An AI-native mindset - you actively use AI to improve and automate your recruiting workflow and bring new ideas
You take ownership and don't need to be chased to finish things
You make good decisions on your own, without a playbook to follow
You'd rather get it right than just get it done
Your first 3 months
By the end of your first three months, we expect you to be running full-cycle recruitment independently for your own portfolio of tech and expansion roles - sourcing and screening candidates without hand-holding, and delivering structured, confident recommendations to hiring managers.
What we offer
You'll get real ownership from day one, not just a seat at the table. We're a fast-growing, international company where good work gets seen and good decisions carry weight. We're building something that matters, and you'll feel that from your first week.
Sound like you? We'd love to hear from you.
