Now we're coming to Poland 🇵🇱. And we're looking for someone to kick off this adventure with us – and turn our store into a place people keep coming back to. Not just for the products, but for the experience.


What you'll be doing

  • Launching the first Vilgain store in Poland – you'll be there from day one of something that hasn't existed here before.

  • Building and leading a team – motivating people, scheduling shifts, and keeping everything running smoothly.

  • Running day-to-day operations end to end – orders, freshness, stock replenishment, and making sure the store always looks its best.

  • Creating a customer experience people remember – from product advice to inspiring customers to live a healthier life.

How we'll know you're our person

  • You have at least 2 years of store management experience and know how retail works from the inside.

  • You can communicate in English and advise customers on their purchases.

  • Sales and people are your natural habitat – customers can feel it.

  • You're proactive – you don't wait to be told what needs doing, you just see it and do it.

  • You have an eye for detail and can't walk past something that's out of place.

  • You're comfortable with numbers and know how to use them to make better decisions.

  • You lead by example – you take ownership of both the store and the people in it.

What we offer

  • 9 300 PLN gross/month + up to 2 600 PLN bonus.
