We’re looking for a Global Recruiter who understands that great hiring isn’t just about posting a job ad. We need a partner who gets Sales & Marketing roles and has experience hiring on a global scale (EU/US). We’re building a brand that’s expanding worldwide — and we want our candidates to be one step ahead.
What you’ll do
Freedom to design your own approach — no rigid structure, no endless approvals.
Understand team hiring needs (mainly Sales & Marketing) and define role specifications.
Plan and run hiring processes that bring the best people to Vilgain.
Actively source candidates across platforms (LinkedIn, referrals, market mapping).
Collaborate with hiring managers who know what they want — and give you trust and freedom.
Build a strong network across the EU and US markets.
Support employer branding — from writing job posts to LinkedIn marketing or organizing meetups.
Explore new ways to attract A-players.
Get involved in other HR projects if you’re up for a broader scope.
What we’re looking for
Experience hiring for Marketing or Sales roles (ideally full 360° recruitment — sourcing to interviews).
Proven track record in global hiring — you know markets like 🇩🇪 🇬🇧 🇺🇸 and how each one works differently.
Real passion for recruitment — you find solutions, not excuses.
Strong understanding of the job market and ability to “read” LinkedIn.
Creative approach to candidate communication and job ad writing.
English at B2/C1 level (we work internationally).
Familiarity with ATS tools (ideally Recruitee).
Self-driven, reliable, proactive mindset.
