And right now, we’re looking for someone who’ll help us find the right people to drive this growth across markets, languages, and roles.

We’re looking for a Global Recruiter who understands that great hiring isn’t just about posting a job ad. We need a partner who gets Sales & Marketing roles and has experience hiring on a global scale (EU/US). We’re building a brand that’s expanding worldwide — and we want our candidates to be one step ahead.

What you’ll do

• Freedom to design your own approach — no rigid structure, no endless approvals.

• Understand team hiring needs (mainly Sales & Marketing) and define role specifications.

• Plan and run hiring processes that bring the best people to Vilgain.

• Actively source candidates across platforms (LinkedIn, referrals, market mapping).

• Collaborate with hiring managers who know what they want — and give you trust and freedom.

• Build a strong network across the EU and US markets.

• Support employer branding — from writing job posts to LinkedIn marketing or organizing meetups.

• Explore new ways to attract A-players.

• Get involved in other HR projects if you’re up for a broader scope.

What we’re looking for

• Experience hiring for Marketing or Sales roles (ideally full 360° recruitment — sourcing to interviews).

• Proven track record in global hiring — you know markets like 🇩🇪 🇬🇧 🇺🇸 and how each one works differently.

• Real passion for recruitment — you find solutions, not excuses.

• Strong understanding of the job market and ability to “read” LinkedIn.

• Creative approach to candidate communication and job ad writing.

• English at B2/C1 level (we work internationally).

• Familiarity with ATS tools (ideally Recruitee).

• Self-driven, reliable, proactive mindset.
