We’re scaling fast and now it’s time to grow our team in Prague, potentially in Brno!

We're looking for a driven recruiter, someone who knows how to find top talent and bring them in fast. You’ll be the person behind some of our most important hires across the whole Vilgain. You’ll work closely with our whole recruitment team, currently 6 poeple.

This role is for someone who’s done this before. You understand the impact of a great hire. You know recruitment isn’t just filling seats, it’s building the future of the brand.

What you'll be doing

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for key hires (across the whole company from sales, to marketing and even tech).

  • Work closely with hiring managers and HQ to define roles, align profiles, and set hiring priorities.

  • Build talent pipelines, run outreach campaigns, and deliver a great candidate experience.

  • Strengthen Vilgain’s employer brand on LinkedIn, events, and beyond.

  • Keep improving the process and cooperate with EMEA recruitment team in Prague, CZ.

What we’re looking for

  • 2-4 years experience in recruiting (agency or in-house).

  • You’re based in CZ but you also had some experiecne with hiring in EU or outside of EU

  • You’ve hired for both junior and senior/managerial roles.

  • You're confident, proactive, resourceful. No hand-holding needed.

  • Experience hiring in e-commerce, FMCG, or retail? Even better but not a must.
