About the Role 

We are looking for a Packaging Compliance & Sustainability Specialist/Manager who will own packaging-related regulatory compliance and environmental claims: PPWR (Packaging & Packaging Waste Regulation), EmpCo, EPR schemes, DRS, environmental marketing claims.

What you will do

  • PPWR (EU Packaging & Packaging Waste Regulation) implementation

  • EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) scheme management across EU markets

  • Deposit Return Schemes (DRS) compliance

  • Environmental claims substantiation (Green Claims Directive, ASA, ČOI)

  • EmpCo / packaging registries handling

What we are looking for

  • 2+ years in packaging regulatory, sustainability compliance or environmental claims

  • Hands-on EU EPR scheme experience (CZ EKO-KOM, multiple EU markets a plus)

  • Working knowledge of PPWR text and implementation timelines

  • Strong written English — drafts compliance documentation and supplier briefs

Nice to have

  • Sustainability degree or certification (LCA, ISO 14001)

  • Experience with cross-border (CZ + UK + US + expansion) packaging compliance

  • Track record of Green Claims-compliant marketing approvals
