Influencer Relationship Executive – LA 🇺🇸
Vilgain is a European nutrition brand built on real ingredients and uncompromising standards. We recently launched in the US with Los Angeles as our proof-of-concept market, and we are looking for an Influencer Relationship Executive who is genuinely plugged into the LA fitness, health, wellness, and food scene — someone who knows the community, knows the creators, and knows how to build relationships that go beyond a gifting transaction.
This is not a sourcing or coordination role. We are looking for someone who can walk into a gym, a run club, or a food event and already know half the room. Your network is your most important asset in this position.
What You Will Do
Relationship Building & Community
Leverage existing connections in the LA fitness, health, wellness, and food community to identify and activate the right creator partners
Build authentic, long-term relationships with influencers, athletes, creators, and brand ambassadors
Represent Vilgain at community events, activations, gym partnerships, and cultural moments in LA
Identify emerging voices and micro-communities before they hit mainstream radar
Be the person creators want to work with — not just the brand that reaches out
Partnership Management
Own the end-to-end management of influencer and affiliate partnerships — from outreach through content delivery and performance review
Negotiate partnership terms, gifting arrangements, and paid collaborations
Coordinate product seeding, campaign activations, and event appearances
Maintain a clear pipeline of active, warm, and prospective partners
Work with the content and social team to ensure creator output aligns with brand direction
Strategy & Performance
Contribute to influencer strategy and help identify the right mix of partners for the US market
Track campaign performance, audience quality, and partnership ROI
Share intelligence on creators, communities, and cultural moments relevant to the brand
Support TikTok Shop and social commerce creator integrations
What We Are Looking For
Required
2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or creator relations
An existing, active network within the LA fitness, health, wellness, or food community — this is non-negotiable
You know people. Not just on social media — in real life, in the communities we want to be part of
Strong relationship skills — people trust you, respond to you, and want to work with you
Experience managing influencer partnerships end-to-end, including negotiation and performance tracking
Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok creator culture and what makes partnerships feel authentic
Self-starter mentality — comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-moving early-stage environment
Nice to Have
Existing relationships with creators in the food, supplement, or sports nutrition space
Experience with affiliate platforms or TikTok Shop creator programs
Connections to LA-based run clubs, gyms, sports teams, or wellness communities
Experience working with a brand during a market launch phase
