We’re looking for a Google Ads specialist who knows how to get results, fast. You’re deep in the interface – Search, Shopping, PMax – optimizing, testing, and scaling. You’re not just setting up campaigns; you’re owning them. No agencies, no hand-holding – just you, data, and smart tools.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max – daily hands-on in Google Ads.

  • Working with a monthly ad budget of 5M+ CZK.

  • Making data-driven decisions, not guesswork.

  • Leveraging tools like Performance Max, predictive bidding models, Superset, and ChatGPT to maximize performance.

  • Testing, improving, scaling – fast.

  • Collaborating with creatives to deliver assets that convert.

  • Working side-by-side with our E-commerce Manager and the broader marketing team.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads – in the platform, not in spreadsheets or slides.

  • You’ve run performance campaigns for physical products, ideally in international markets (UK/DE/US).

  • You work smart – using AI tools to improve efficiency and output.

  • You’re analytical, structured, and make fast, smart calls.

  • You take responsibility and own the results.

  • English fluency is a must – for platforms, data, and teamwork
