We’re now looking for a Category Manager who will take ownership of this category – from defining the strategy and identifying opportunities to developing new products and launching them successfully. 🖤🚀

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the functional foods category, defining its long-term vision, strategy and roadmap including ownership of the new product launch plan

  • Responsibility for category growth, profitability and achieving business targets (revenue, margin, inventory turnover)

  • Developing new products – from identifying opportunities, preparing product briefs, recipe development and ingredient sourcing to bringing products to market

  • Sourcing and selecting suitable manufacturers and suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms of cooperation

  • Continuous market analysis to optimize the product portfolio

  • Collaboration with other teams such as QA, Regulatory, Marketing and Supply Chain

  • Attending trade shows, exhibitions and supplier meetings to identify and develop new product opportunities

Who we’re looking for:

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in product development within food or suplements

  • Strong analytical skills, data orientation and the ability to make decisions that directly impact business performance

  • Interest in functional nutrition trends and a passion for a healthy lifestyle

  • Ability to coordinate multiple areas at once – from manufacturing to purchasing

  • Attention to detail in data, numbers and processes

  • A proactive mindset and the drive to find more efficient solutions
