We’re looking for a Brand Manager UK who will lead the growth and localization of Vilgain across the British market —  from strategy to execution. Someone who understands how to build brand, engage communities and turn awareness into lasting loyalty.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the development and execution of Vilgain’s brand strategy in the UK.

  • Strengthen awareness, build a loyal customer community, and translate Vilgain’s DNA into a local context.

  • Plan and run campaigns across channels — online and offline, influencer collaborations, social media, performance, and content.

  • Work closely with our HQ teams in Brno and Prague across performance, creative, e-commerce, and product marketing.

  • Monitor trends, track competitors, and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

  • Own campaign budgets, results, and reporting — from insight to impact.

What you bring

  •  3–5+ years of experience in brand or marketing management, ideally in FMCG, D2C, or e-commerce.

  • Deep understanding of the UK market — its customers, channels, and cultural nuances.

  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach — you can both shape a vision and make it happen.

  • Strong analytical skills — you understand KPIs, read data, and use insights to drive performance.

  • Creative storytelling ability — you know how to make a brand resonate through influencers, UGC, and social media.

  • Fluent or native-level English (C1+); another European language is a plus.
