Amazon / Marketplace Ads Specialist

We are Vilgain 🚀, a fast-growing food & e-commerce brand with strong international ambitions. Marketplaces are a key growth channel for us, and we’re looking for an Amazon / Marketplace Ads Specialist who will take full ownership of paid advertising performance across Amazon and other EU marketplaces

Your future role

• Launching, managing and optimizing Amazon Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, bulk files) across EU marketplaces

• Deep keyword and search term analysis, continuous optimization and scaling based on performance

• Managing and developing advertising on other marketplaces (Allegro, Kaufland, eMag, CDiscount, Rakuten, Bol)

• Providing SEO and keyword insights to the content team

• Monitoring ranking positions, trends and competitive movements

• Working daily with tools such as Excel, Brand Analytics, Helium10 and Google Sheets

• Planning discounts, promotions and advertising campaigns

• Close cross-team collaboration (content, marketing, product, analytics)

• Optimizing and automating marketplace advertising processes

• Creating, updating and improving SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

Your Profile

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with EU Amazon Ads with proven results (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, bulk files)

• Experience with ads/PPC on other marketplaces is a strong advantage

• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros)

• Strong ability to organize workflow, prioritize tasks and work efficiently

• Analytical mindset with a strong focus on performance and results

• Experience with Power BI or Python is an advantage

• English at B2 level or higher, additional European languages are a plus

• Willingness to learn, take ownership and share knowledge

• Interest in long-term cooperation — this is not freelance work

• Readiness to complete a test task as part of the hiring process
